So here is our fundraising alphabet - hopefully there is something for everyone!

Auction - Ask people to collect items they don’t want or need (that are worth selling), and auction everything off! Not only is this a great way to raise money for WUTH Charity, but also to make space, and let someone else enjoy something you don’t use.
Bike ride - Be sponsored to cycle a certain number of miles with your friends; there are a number of local, national and international organised events you can participate in - have a look at our events page for more information.
Car wash - Get your bucket and sponge out and charge people a few pounds to wash their cars – weather permitting!
'Dress Down Day' - Whether it’s at work or school, invite everyone to join in and donate some money to wear casual clothes for the day.

Easter egg hunt - Pay to enter - and why not make an Easter bonnet dress code compulsory?
'Fancy Dress Day' - Pay a pound and be whoever you want for the day!
Garden party - Have a garden party, perhaps with games that your guests give a donation to play.
Hair shaving - Can you brave the shave? Whether it’s just a beard or your whole head, get sponsored to have some hair shaved off!

'It's a Knockout' challenge - Team up, take an entry fee and create your own 'It's a Knockout' obstacle course.
'Jeans at Work Day' - Get your colleagues involved. Pay a pound and wear your jeans!
Karaoke - Ask people to pay a couple of pounds to jump on the microphone and belt out their favourite songs!
'Ladies' Day' - A popular fundraising idea is throwing a ladies’ day or night; as simple as getting your female friends together for a catch up, and get everyone to bring an item of food or something to drink, as well as donating a couple of pounds to charity. Looking for a bigger challenge? Why not host an afternoon tea at a local venue and sell tickets?

Murder mystery night - Whodunnit?! Get your friends round for a delicious meal and solve the mystery. Charge to guess the murderer…
Name the teddy - Name a teddy and get everyone to make a small donation. The winner gets the teddy!
Open garden - Proud of your roses? Take admission fees for WUTH Charity and hold an open garden - a great one for the summer!
Photography - Donate your photography skills and ask clients to give a donation directly to WUTH Charity.

Quiz night - Download a fun quiz online and charge your friends or colleagues to take part.
Raffle - Ask around for someone to donate a prize for a raffle, then charge everyone £1 per ticket. For more advice on how to run a raffle, contact us below.
Sponsored silence - Shhhhhh. No talking. Get sponsored for your silence.
Treasure hunt - Get people to donate some sweet treats, create a treasure map and hide the treats. Charge people to take part, following your map to find the prizes!

Unwanted presents - Everyone receives presents they don’t particularly like on special occasions. Ask people to bring in their unwanted presents and sell them to each other – proceeds to WUTH Charity.
Variety show - Challenge your friends to unearth those hidden talents and hold a variety show.
Walk - Don’t fancy running? A sponsored walk is a popular choice with those who don’t fancy taking part in a sponsored run! Get your friends together and organise your own walk.
Xbox tournament - Ask everyone to donate some money and take part in a competitive Xbox (or PlayStation!) marathon.

YOLO challenge - You Only Live Once. What's on your bucket list? Inspire others and get sponsored to do something amazing.
Zip wire challenge - Take the plunge. Be sponsored to do a zip wire ride. Why not do it with friends?
